What is the difference between membership and a season ticket?+
Membership gives you year-round perks (discounts, newsletter, priority access). A season ticket guarantees your seat at every home match of the current PFL season. Many supporters get both.
When does my membership start?+
Memberships activate within 24 hours of payment confirmation and run for 12 months from the activation date. Lifetime memberships never expire.
Can I upgrade my tier later?+
Yes. Contact us at members@aguilasumakfc.com and we will credit your remaining balance toward the higher tier.
Are season tickets transferable?+
Yes — you can transfer individual matches in your pass to friends or family through your member account.
Do you offer student or youth discounts?+
Yes. Students under 22 and children under 12 receive 30% off all membership and season ticket tiers with valid ID.
What is the refund policy?+
Memberships are non-refundable, but unused season-ticket matches can be exchanged for store credit if requested before kickoff.
